98: Random

I was reading an article online was a way to distract myself from my developing paper for Ethnic Literature and I came across a poll that looked like this

Who is the Hottest Fictional Babe? (Babe? Honey, they’re women! but that’s aside the point)

A) Hermione Granger - Harry Potter series
B) Katniss Everdeen - Hunger Games series
C) Buffy the Vampire Slayer 
D) Lisbeth Salander - The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo series
E) Elizabeth Bennett - Pride and Prejudice

Let’s think about this like nerds…like who would win in a fight. Elizabeth Bennet…probably not. Unless this is Pride & Prejudice and Zombies but I’m not familiar with that book and what she does…so she’s out. She could probably run or travel distances to hide out from her opponents, but Lisbeth and Katniss’ aim could take her down. Next to go down would probably be Katniss who would probably spend a lot of time staying in a tree. If she were to get caught by Lisbeth and Buffy, she would most likely fall in hand to hand combat. However, here Hermione has the upper hand since she can have the upper hand with a spell to expose Katniss and do an unforgivable curse. That leaves Hermione, Buffy, and Lisbeth. While Hermione would have the power of magic on her side, but Buffy would come up from her behind and disarm her. This leaves Lisbeth and Buffy and I would give this fight to Lisbeth because Buffy has suffered some flaws in fighting and for her sometimes she’s dependent on the assistance of the Scoobies in helping her win.
